Shipping

Labels cost more than customers paid.

Rule R3 compares what the buyer was charged with what the label actually cost — WooCommerce Shipping or your carrier CSV.

Fix: Compare this destination zone with your carrier table. A zone that drifted is the usual cause, and it repeats on every order to that region.

Coupons

Discounts stacked where they never should.

Rules R4+R5+R6 catch coupon combinations you did not allow, single-use codes redeemed again, and coupons landing on already-discounted sale prices.

Taxes

A tax class with no rate under-collects on every order.

Rule R9 finds classes without a rate and VAT that does not match the shipping country — quiet, steady, every single day.

Refunds

Money went back — the stock never did.

Rules R7+R8 flag refunds that never restocked and partial refunds larger than the line they refund. This drop falls upward: value leaving the register.

Fix: Check whether the goods physically came back. If they did, adjust the stock quantity by hand — the refund will not do it retroactively.

Duplicates

One cart, two captures, three minutes apart.

Rule R11 pairs orders with the same cart and email both paid within minutes — the classic double-tap that nobody refunds because nobody sees it.
