Terms of Service
Plain terms for a plain product. Profit Forge reconciles the money in a WooCommerce store and reports what it finds. These terms cover the website, the free plugin and the Pro add-on.
1. Who you are contracting with
Individual Entrepreneur Darya Avakova, Tax ID 534556558, Parkent street 9, apt. 78, Mirzo Ulugbek district, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan — trading as Avakode. By installing the plugin or buying a licence you accept these terms.
2. What Profit Forge does
It runs a set of reconciliation rules over your WooCommerce orders and produces a report: the finding, the order-level evidence, an estimated amount in dollars and the steps to fix it. The analysis happens inside your own WordPress installation.
3. What a finding is, and what it is not
A finding is a claim supported by evidence rows from your own data, not a verdict. Amounts are estimates calculated from the data available to the plugin and from rate cards you confirm. Profit Forge is a reconciliation tool: it is not accounting, tax or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for your accountant. We make no promise that a finding will be recovered from a gateway, a carrier or a customer — recovering money is your decision and your negotiation.
Rules that lack the data they need stay silent and say so, rather than producing a number we cannot stand behind.
4. The free plugin and the GPL
The PHP source of Profit Forge is licensed under the GPL v2 or later, consistent with WordPress itself. You may use, study, modify and redistribute it on those terms. The paid part of our business is the licence key, the updates and the support — not a restriction on the code.
5. Pro licences, billing and renewal
A Pro licence is valid for a stated number of WordPress sites and is billed annually or monthly through Freemius. Licences renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date; you can cancel at any time from your Freemius account or by writing to us. If we change prices, the new price applies from your next renewal, never mid-term.
Deactivating or letting a licence lapse does not disable the plugin or delete your findings. You stop receiving updates and support, and the Pro rules stop running.
6. Refunds
Fourteen days, no questions asked. The details are in our Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Profit Forge to process data you have no right to process, do not resell licence keys, and do not attempt to defeat the licence check. Reselling or white-labelling reports to your own clients is expressly allowed on the agency tier — that is what it is for.
8. Availability and support
The plugin runs on your server, so its availability is yours, not ours. What we operate is this website, the licence check and support. We aim to keep them up and to answer support within two business days, but we do not offer a contractual uptime commitment at this stage.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to Profit Forge is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and consumers in the EEA and the UK keep every mandatory protection of their country of residence.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced here and, for licence holders, by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the product after that means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes go to the competent courts of Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.
