Refund Policy
Fourteen days, no questions asked. If Profit Forge did not find what you hoped it would, ask for your money back and we will send it back.
1. The window
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund of that payment. We do not ask you to justify the request, and we do not ask you to sit through a save attempt.
2. How to ask
Write to support@avakode.com from the email address on the purchase, or open a refund request in your Freemius account. One line is enough.
3. What happens next
We confirm within two business days and issue the refund through Freemius to the original payment method. Banks usually take a further three to ten days to show it. The licence is cancelled when the refund is issued: the Pro rules stop running, the free rules keep working, and the findings already written to your database stay where they are.
4. Renewals
Renewal charges also carry the 14-day window, counted from the renewal date. If a renewal caught you by surprise, tell us and we will refund it. To avoid the surprise entirely, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
5. The free plugin
The free plugin on WordPress.org costs nothing and needs no refund. If you are unsure whether the paid rules are worth it, run the free ones first — they report full dollar amounts, not teasers.
6. Consumer rights
This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them. Consumers in the EEA and the UK keep every mandatory protection of their country of residence, including the statutory right of withdrawal where it applies.
